After 3 month waiting, i'm trying again to get my money back.
Now that i build this blog, I've sended Reservations Europe a mail telling them I won't stop talking about what happend to me until they refund me back.
At the same time i launched a lawsuit with a french division specialised in internet scam.
5 minutes after sending them my mail.... I had a mail back saying they will refund me and asking me for my IBAN.
Unfortunately, I don't trust in them and will never give it.
I asked them to send me a check.
Waiting for a repply now....
During that time, the lawsuit is going on...
Lets see who will be faster !

After showing reservations europe my blog and telling them i was gonna sew them, i finally got back my money. 104.5€ by check. It was a check from a bank, so no company name or people name on it. It was also send from a german banck...
First they wanted to pay me by credit card but i refuse to gave them my card number, then they said it was possible giving them my IBAN. Same, it's still dangerous, finaly they send me money by check. But i had 10€ charged by my bank for a foreign check and i asked reservationseurope to refound me the bank fees and the time spend to get back my money and also the fax and phone costs... no way...

I did a reservation for a Hotel in Syria. After few days I asked to cancel such reservation. In terms and conditions there was written that no charge if cancelation is made until 2 days before the arrival date. I did the cancelation about twenty days before. I received a confirmation, but my was charged.

I am waiting for a refund or at least for an explanation...
After flown in Athens Gr.,late 2009 we visited an Internet Caffe and tried reservation with Omiros hotel, where we had previously stayed .
RépondreSupprimerUpon reaching the Omiros website, we received confirmation for 3 persons 2 rooms and had our card charged for 15 days stay. It was after we received the confirmation we realised we did not deal with Omiros Hotel , but with 4hrBookings AKA ReservationsEurope.
Upon Presentation of Confirmation to Omiros Hotel we were told "we have no such reservations, we do not know who the 24hrBooking Co is or have any rooms available".
We were left in the streets ....
Dismayed we called the company and we were told they were "sorry but a refund would immediately be issued".
Today a year later, even after many contacts NO REFUND ! ......Just lip service.

RépondreSupprimerAs a proud native of Greece I am outraged with the ability of an unscrupulous Travel agency like 24HrBookings.com (Also Known As ReservationsEurope.com) to operate in Athens Gr. the ancient center of civilization.
To my travel misfortune I run into this this website – auto -linked- and popped up when my desired Hotel website was keyed in.
Upon completion of pertinent info disclosing the unsuspecting VICTIM whose card is now charged (he/she assumes by the hotel) is now provided with a “fake” room confirmation totally unknown to the intended hotel.
When confronted 24hrbookings(30 210 522-3943) promised full refund but to this date money charged (+ interest + card charges accumulate)
has not been refunded..
Are Greek authorities aware of this SCAM?
Who do innocent tourists go to for justice?
Are we to allow these SCAM artists to soil the names of reputable Greek Travel egencies? Report them to Interpole.

Unfortunately I run into Reservations Europe (AKA 24HrBookings) to discover that
some Greeks operating out of Athens have no idea of the word ETHICS.
I was ripped off $920.00 euros in what you correctly characterize as a SCAM.
Although most all Greeks and Greek companies I ENCOUNTERED were GOOD EXPERIENCES I cannot say the same for ReservationsEurope.
So Traveler please be aware. ETHICS, like religion some people have it some don’t. ReservationsEurope does not.
The question is does the Greek Government and Tourism consent to having crooks
rip-off innocent Tourists? If not why are these SCAMMERS are still operating? business?
again same scam case here..........booked a hotel in Santorini through reservation team, got a confirmation but when I checked with hotel (luckily before visiting Santorini) itself I was told they are not aware of the booking...I called reservation team, discussed the matter, cancelled my reservation but unfortunately they have never refunded me...(one month now). The problem is that they have disappeared and cannot be found...I am thinking of taking legal actions.. Please email me if you can help (ekatedr@hotmail.com)

RépondreSupprimerIhave a company operating in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach, and have also been dealing with these rats Lena nad Marion from Reservations Europe. They accommodated clients in my hotel rooms, and have never paid me the amounts due for reservations made through them. You can imagine that we speak about quite more money then just single travel packs. As i am a bulgarian that never ever have left somebody to cheat him, i decided to fly to Athens next week and i really hope i will find this lovely couple and have a "chat" with them.
